Think Outside The Suit
An interesting thought occurred to me on Friday.
I was in the process of running a product governance controls course for a wealth internal audit team.
We were reflecting on the meaning of the word culture and the various artefacts that organisations use to manage behaviour and outcomes.
The event coincided with “dressdown Friday”. Being the only person in a suit in the room one of the delegates urged me to “think outside the suit”.
To what extent does dress code effect behaviour and attitude?
