We Told The Truth
This morning saw me take my newly found temple (my body) on a jog around Sydney Harbour by the Opera House.
A beautiful sunny day (this is Winter!) caused me to reflect on how lucky the people Risk Audit Recruitment Services has moved to join our client in this wonderful land really are.
Recruitment companies are frequently lambasted for being nothing more than a bunch of commission orientated salespeople. Mitchell Ross, my business partner, and I have strived to build a business that breaks out of this stereotype. A business that gives both parties the information to make a decision as to whether they wish to form an employment bond. Not a business that forces two parties into a relationship that causes misery all around just for the sake of the deal.
That said, Sydney does not require mis-selling!
Tomorrow I go to work for a client as I take the audit functionthrough the fundamental product and risk and control issues in the world of financial services. I am looking forward to this assignment and the challenges that it brings.
